Guest Arrival Expert

Position Overview

As a Guest Arrival Expert, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at our hotel, delivering an exceptional and memorable experience from check-in to departure. You will assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring that every interaction, including operational tasks, guest request handling, and local area recommendations, adds to an outstanding hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging welcome and departure services to guests to enhance their overall stay experience.
• Manage operational procedures, complete reports, and respond proactively to guests’ needs.
• Mobilize within the hotel premises to assist with a range of guest-related duties effectively.
• Maintain a safe workplace, adhere to company policies and confidentiality standards while safeguarding company assets.
• Ensure professional demeanor through proper uniform, appearance, and communication at all times.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking for extended periods, and handling objects up to 50 pounds independently or heavier with assistance.
• Fulfill reasonable miscellaneous job duties as assigned to support guest services and hotel operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Completion of high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: No previous related work or supervisory experience is required.
• Certification: No specific licenses or certifications are necessary.
