Description de l'emploi
About Replika
Replika is an AI companion cherished by over 35 million users globally. Our mission is to transform how people connect with technology — making it emotional, intelligent, and personal. From mobile apps to VR experiences, we aim to make interactions feel less like software and more like engaging with someone who truly understands you. As we experience rapid growth, we're embracing ambitious challenges to become the most human AI worldwide.
Role Overview
Following a complete rebuild of Replika, we are entering a period of renaissance focused on exponential expansion. As Growth Product Manager, your primary focus will be optimizing the predicted revenue generated per user who installs the app or engages with the web funnel. You have full ownership over this metric and control levers including pricing strategies, packaging, retention improvements, activation, and especially monetization tactics such as paywalls, special offers, pricing experiments, and subscription mechanics. Your responsibility is to enhance the value of incoming traffic by increasing monetization efficiency.
This is a hands-on, experiment-centric position—not merely a strategic role. You will conceive hypotheses, launch experiments, analyze results candidly, and scale successful tests while discontinuing those that don’t perform. Collaboration is key, working alongside product development, engineering teams, and the CEO to implement changes that impact millions of users within weeks rather than quarters.
You will work closely with go-to-market teams (user acquisition, web, brand, and data) since revenue per install is a shared priority. While core product features and user activation are managed elsewhere, your expertise in monetization is crucial and sought after.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and increase the predicted revenue per install and per web-funnel user.
- Conduct end-to-end monetization experiments including paywall designs, pricing, packaging options, promotional offers, trial mechanisms, and subscription flow optimizations.
- Leverage existing playbooks and experience to start from proven monetization patterns rather than from scratch.
- Extend focus to activation or retention activities if these present faster revenue growth opportunities.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of monetization tests, prioritizing by estimated revenue impact to keep momentum.
- Create clear, comprehensive specifications that enable engineering teams to implement changes efficiently.
- Collaborate with GTM teams to synchronize monetization efforts with user acquisition and web strategies.
- Engage directly with product leadership and engineering from ideation through execution.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced product manager specializing in monetization, beyond occasional pricing experiments.
- Proven success in improving monetization metrics like ARPU, LTV, conversion rates, and trial-to-paid user ratios, with measurable results.
- Demonstrated ability to generate original monetization concepts from first principles, distinguishing you from typical candidates.
- A habitual experimenter adept in designing, interpreting, and making decisive calls on A/B tests.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analytics tools, skilled at distinguishing meaningful data signals.
- Effective delivery from idea formulation to live implementation and performance measurement.
- Usage of AI tools in daily work processes including research, specifications, and data analysis.
- Fluent English communication skills, capable of drafting clear, thorough product specs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience monetizing B2C subscription-based apps, particularly those with complex or abstract value propositions.
- Deep knowledge of mobile monetization and experimentation platforms, such as paywall management, Amplitude, attribution/MMP, feature flags, and server-side testing.
- Background working on AI-first or emotionally engaging consumer applications related to social connectivity, communication, relationships, or entertainment.
- Familiarity with web-to-app conversion funnels in addition to in-app monetization approaches.
- History of being an early or sole monetization lead, including establishing testing processes from the ground up.
Benefits
- Flexible work hours paired with a generous vacation policy.
- Opportunity to impact millions of users worldwide in a short timespan.
- Chance to push the frontiers of applied AI in consumer products.
- Fully remote working arrangement.
