Role Overview

Blue Gems ABA is looking for a practical, strategic Performance Growth Marketing Manager who can both plan and execute marketing improvements across digital channels, the website, and conversion funnels. This role supports growth in two areas: bringing in new clients and attracting recruitment candidates.

You will work across PPC, SEO, paid social, email, web development, UX, and design to improve measurable performance. The position calls for someone who is comfortable reading data, spotting opportunities, making website updates, partnering with designers and developers, and continuously testing for better results.

This is a contract, part-time, project-based opportunity with the possibility of becoming a full-time role later.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and improve performance across PPC, SEO, paid social, email, website, and local search channels.
  • Build and refine acquisition funnels for both prospective clients and potential employees.
  • Enhance website structure, user experience, performance, and conversion journeys.
  • Refresh website and landing-page content as business priorities change.
  • Coordinate with developers, UX specialists, graphic designers, and content contributors to roll out site improvements.
  • Make sure pages are accurate, easy to use on mobile, well organized, and built to convert visitors.
  • Apply SEO best practices and collaborate with SEO partners on technical, on-page, local, and visibility improvements.
  • Review page titles, meta information, headings, internal links, page layouts, content, and location-page optimization.
  • Create and improve landing pages for paid media, local markets, service offerings, and hiring campaigns.
  • Lead conversion rate optimization efforts, including testing headlines, calls to action, page layouts, forms, visuals, messaging, and user journeys.
  • Design testing approaches and use performance results to decide what should be adopted.
  • Track PPC and paid social performance and keep agencies or internal teams aligned with agreed KPIs.
  • Oversee Google Business Profiles for multiple Blue Gems locations.
