About the Role
We are seeking a Founding Growth and Accounts Lead to join an innovative enterprise software company specializing in agentic AI for critical industrial sectors. Supported by a leading global investment firm and already producing measurable results with live enterprise clients, this fast-growing company offers a unique leadership opportunity. This role features substantial autonomy and direct reporting to the Co-Founder and GTM Director, granting significant influence over the company's market presence during a pivotal expansion phase. The position is based in the UAE (Dubai or Abu Dhabi) with travel requirements of approximately 20-30% regionally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Define commercial positioning and create in-depth, technically accurate content such as workflow analyses, ROI assessments, and technical case studies.
- Manage the company’s social media, public relations, analyst relationships, and content repurposing efforts to boost organic inbound interest.
- Monitor and report on metrics related to organic inbound lead generation.
- Establish credibility and presence within the industry ecosystem by building relationships with trade bodies and securing speaking engagements.
- Provide on-the-ground support to enterprise account teams by preparing materials, participating in discussions, and understanding customer contexts.
- Leverage large language models (LLMs) and AI platforms daily to enhance output and efficiently juggle multiple projects.
- Guide external media partners and freelancers in executing content production tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing, preferably with agency or digital-first startup backgrounds.
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently as an individual contributor executing marketing tasks hands-on without a large support team.
- Advanced proficiency with AI tools and LLMs to streamline workflows and increase productivity.
- Strong instincts in marketing and brand strategy with the ability to produce high-quality work from minimal guidance.
- Exceptional copywriting abilities targeted towards both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel 20-30% across Middle East, Europe, and North America.
- Experience marketing to industrial or enterprise segments is beneficial but not required.
- Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
Additional Information
The role offers a salary range from AED 25,000 to 35,000 per month along with performance-based variable compensation. Visa sponsorship is provided for this position.
