Role Overview
The Graphic & Motion Designer will play an essential creative role within the marketing team, responsible for developing eye-catching visuals and video content. This position involves creating both static graphics and dynamic animations/videos to aid in campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Design print, digital, social media, web, and packaging materials, ensuring brand uniformity.
- Create 2D and 3D motion graphics, animations, and video assets from initial concept through to final editing.
- Assist with storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production tasks; adapt content for multiple channels.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and creative departments to transform briefs into captivating visual and motion narratives.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and support marketing campaigns and new product rollouts.
Skills and Experience
- Between 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within agency or in-house environments.
- Strong mastery of design principles including layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand identity.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe XD.
- Hands-on experience with 2D motion graphics, animation techniques, and video editing workflows.
- Comfort with handling video footage including lighting, framing, and sound basics.
- Demonstrated ability to produce content suited for digital, social media, and web platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong collaborative and communication skills paired with a curious approach to problem-solving.
