Role Overview
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to craft exceptional creative assets that translate briefs into compelling visual content. This role contributes to branding and business goals by producing digital and print materials in close partnership with our multichannel marketing team. This position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of two days a week onsite at our London office, with the remaining days remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full lifecycle creation of direct and trade marketing materials, progressing from initial concept to final output.
- Design premium print collateral such as direct mailers, point-of-sale displays, promotional materials, and assets for events or conferences.
- Develop branded offline and point-of-sale graphics that reflect the company's luxury positioning.
- Create visually appealing digital content for social media channels, email marketing campaigns, and online advertisements.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all creative deliverables.
- Collaborate with marketing teams and internal stakeholders to produce unified campaign assets.
- Propose innovative ideas and creative problem-solving approaches to meet marketing goals.
- Assist in video content production, including editing and storytelling with strong visual narratives.
Candidate Profile
- At least 4 years of experience as an in-house graphic designer.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skill across both print and digital platforms.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital design tools, file formats, and print production workflows.
- Educational qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or similar are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written communication skills in English with a focus on accuracy.
- Effective organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proactive and accountable work style, delivering high-quality output on time.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills capable of collaborating across departments.
