Graphic Designer

Role overview

Urjwan is seeking a creative Graphic Designer who is comfortable working with AI-powered tools and can help turn ideas into polished visuals quickly. This role is based in Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on creating assets for both digital and print channels while maintaining strong brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Create promotional assets for ads, social posts, stories, and short-form videos, using AI tools to speed up concept development and production.
• Incorporate AI-based image, video, and motion tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Sora, and similar platforms into daily design work.
• Keep every design aligned with the company’s visual identity, including color usage, typography, and overall style, even when starting from AI-generated drafts.
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to convert ideas into effective promotional material in a fast-paced environment.
• Produce motion graphics and short videos by combining AI-assisted workflows with manual editing.
• Develop ad creatives tailored to the needs of paid campaigns on different platforms.
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and print/digital collateral.
• Stay updated on emerging AI design tools and trends and share fresh concepts with the team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Practical, real-world experience using AI design tools is required, not optional.
• Ability to translate marketing ideas into visually appealing design outputs.
• Good understanding of design needs for digital platforms and social media.
• Motion graphics capability is an added advantage.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to perform well under tight deadlines.

تبحث شركة أرجوان عن مصمم جرافيك مبدع وملمّ بأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي للانضمام إلى فريقها المتنامي في المدينة المنورة، السعودية. يعتمد الفريق على العمل السريع واستخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي يوميًا للوصول من الفكرة إلى التصميم النهائي خلال وقت أقل. يشمل الدور إعداد المواد الرقمية والمطبوعة مع الحفاظ على هوية العلامة التجارية وجودة المخرجات.

Arabic responsibilities

• تصميم الإعلانات والمنشورات والقصص والفيديوهات القصيرة لمختلف منصات التواصل الاجتماعي مع الاستفادة من أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي لتسريع مرحلة الفكرة والإنتاج.
• استخدام أدوات الصور والفيديو والموشن المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي مثل Midjourney وFirefly وRunway وSora وغيرها ضمن العمل اليومي.

• تصميم البروشورات والعروض التقديمية والمواد التسويقية المطبوعة والرقمية.
• متابعة أحدث أدوات واتجاهات التصميم بالذكاء الاصطناعي وتقديم أفكار جديدة للفريق.

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التصميم الجرافيكي.
