Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our on-site team in Kolkata. The designer will develop visual concepts and create designs for branding and marketing initiatives including logos, social media posts, print collateral, and digital materials. Responsibilities involve collaborating with account and marketing teams to capture client needs, generating design ideas, refining them based on input, and ensuring brand consistency across all outputs. The position also requires preparing final production-ready artwork and staying abreast of current design trends and tools. Additionally, the designer will assist with presentations and pitch decks using compelling visuals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in creating graphics and designs for both digital platforms and print media
• Strong abilities in branding and logo creation to develop unified brand identities
• Good grasp of typography and layout techniques
• Experienced with standard design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign or equivalents
• Capable of interpreting client briefs into clear and effective visual concepts under deadline pressure
• Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling through visuals
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within the team environment
• Possession of a relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related disciplines, accompanied by a portfolio demonstrating recent projects
