Due to ongoing growth, Mediteq is seeking a Graduate Operations and Digital Transformation Executive to join their Dublin headquarters team.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Operations Director, this role offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates interested in operations, supply chain, digital transformation, and commercial activities within healthcare. The position is full-time, office-based in Dublin, and includes regular site visits to hospitals to gain practical insight into Mediteq’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and logistics coordination.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating engineering service activities.
- Monitor and aid customer service processes and delivery.
- Contribute to digital transformation projects and maintain CRM and ERP systems.
- Generate KPI reports and provide operational insights.
- Promote process improvements and adoption of digital tools.
- Assist procurement and supplier coordination activities.
- Maintain health and safety documentation and ensure compliance.
- Support commercial processes including tender submissions and marketing-related tasks.
- Provide general administrative and record-keeping support.
- Join engineers on site visits and installations to gain field experience, typically spending 1–3 days per month onsite.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in business, operations, engineering, life sciences, or related field.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and interested in digital systems.
- Analytical thinker with effective problem-solving skills.
- Capable of handling multiple priorities and collaborating across teams.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Possession of a valid full driving license.
