Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer or Graduate Architect with 3 to 5 years of professional experience to join our team in Melbourne or Brisbane. This position emphasizes contributing to the design and development of new and refurbished CorePlus studios nationwide, involving collaborative work with project managers and studio partners, as well as interstate travel.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively across all stages of studio projects including early feasibility studies, planning submissions, construction documentation, consultant collaboration, and on-site support.
• Conduct site visits and assist in bringing design concepts to tangible, built environments.
• Enhance drawing standards, documentation practices, and design processes within the team.
• Work intimately with the Studio Design & Development team and stakeholders to deliver quality project outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, navigating varying deadlines and priorities.

Candidate Profile

• Degree holder in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Possesses 3-5+ years of relevant experience in architectural or interior design practice.
• Proficient in Revit (preferred) and/or AutoCAD, with a strong focus on producing meticulous, clear documentation.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, capable of thriving in a dynamic multi-project environment.
• Curious and communicative, seeking continual learning and receptive to constructive feedback.

Additional Information
