Role overview

A1 Earthworx is looking for experienced final trim excavator operators to join a DIDO project in Coonamble, New South Wales. The role sits within a large civil and mining-focused team and is suited to operators who enjoy working on site and away from home.

What you will do

• Carry out final trim excavator work to a high standard.
• Support civil project activities as part of the onsite team.
• Work in line with site requirements, inductions, and medical checks.

What you need

• Hands-on experience in a similar excavator operator role.
• Current RII/VOC tickets relevant to the work.
• A valid driver’s licence.
• A Construction Card.
• Preferred experience working with Transport for NSW projects.
• Willingness to complete site inductions and a medical assessment.
• Comfort working away from home on a DIDO basis.

Pay and roster

• Pay is above award rates.
• The roster is 5/2, with Saturdays available.
• LAHA may be available.
