Role Overview

An opportunity is available for a professional working on Google device management across ChromeOS and Chrome Browser environments. The position is based in Chennai or Gandhinagar and calls for 3 to 10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for ChromeOS, Chrome Browser, and Android management environments.
• Work with RTC technologies such as Meet, Chat, and Voice.
• Diagnose and resolve network-related issues using fundamentals of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi‑Fi.
• Identify whether problems are related to the device or the network and troubleshoot accordingly.
• Use Google Admin Console and manage Workspace licensing effectively.
• Understand and support Active Directory and MDM basics.
• Apply ITIL v4 principles and security awareness while handling incidents and support tasks.
• Communicate clearly with users and maintain a customer-oriented approach.

Requirements

• 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Practical experience supporting ChromeOS, Chrome Browser, and Android Management.
• Solid knowledge of RTC tools and networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi‑Fi.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues with strong communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Google Admin Console and Workspace licensing.
• Understanding of Active Directory, MDM fundamentals, ITIL v4, and basic security concepts.
• Google Workspace or ChromeOS certifications will be an advantage.
