Role Overview

This position focuses on driving gold loan business at the branch level, building market leads, and ensuring that all gold loan processes are completed smoothly, accurately, and in line with compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Work consistently toward achieving the branch’s monthly gold loan business goals.
• Visit the market regularly to source new gold loan leads.
• Support end-to-end gold loan processing at the branch for a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain strong working relationships with branch leadership and service teams, including BM, BOM, RM, RO, and support staff.
• Stay updated on local market conditions and competitor activity.
• Ensure complete adherence to gold loan processing compliance standards.
• Keep all branch-level gold loan registers properly updated and maintained.
• Help identify new assayers for the branch and ensure that each branch has three assayers available.
• Ensure gold loan documentation is complete and receives First Pass authorization.
• Work to keep the branch’s NPA level at zero.
• Monitor turnaround time while processing gold loans and while handling loan closures.
• Ensure closure documents are forwarded to CPC Chennai within the time frame specified by head office.
• Track renewal dates for weighing machines and assayer agreements and make sure they are updated on time.
