• Foster strong supplier relationships to promote continuous improvement and efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supplier and supply chain management.
• Expertise in supplier negotiations, contract and vendor relationship management.
• Capability to evaluate sourcing risks, market conditions, and form effective procurement strategies.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Finance, or Legal.
• Strong project management skills with competence in handling multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with aptitude for influencing and building trust.
• High attention to detail and professional demeanor in supplier and internal relationships management.
