Key Responsibilities

• Lead executive thought leadership initiatives by managing Binance's speaker program, including securing prominent speaking opportunities, handling scheduling and logistics, and preparing briefing materials.
• Create compelling, newsworthy narratives and secure earned media coverage such as interviews with key media, influential opinion leaders, and podcasts focusing on themes like security, compliance, innovation, and institutional expansion.
• Develop and maintain Binance’s core executive speaker pool by supporting media training efforts, ensuring consistent message delivery across platforms, and elevating executives to become recognized authoritative figures in the industry.
• Provide ongoing insights into industry trends and market dynamics to enhance earned media activities, reinforcing Binance’s leadership on critical market topics, policies, and emerging developments.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with top-tier media across business, finance, technology, and cryptocurrency sectors to secure impactful and high-quality coverage such as interviews, op-eds, and feature stories.
• Plan and execute media events and strategic engagements at key conferences to boost media presence and influence.
• Support corporate communications by coordinating major announcements, partnerships, and campaigns, ensuring alignment across teams and tailoring strategies to local markets.
• Maintain and continually update Binance’s master messaging framework used internally and externally for core company narratives and initiatives.
• Craft cohesive storytelling strategies across communication channels aligned with main business priorities, collaborating closely with legal, compliance, and policy teams to guarantee messaging compliance and consistency.
• Lead Binance’s positioning in major industry rankings and reports, managing the global awards database including nomination processes and opportunity tracking.
• Leverage and collaborate with prominent industry voices and strategic relationships to bolster communication efforts and campaign effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in creative, agency, marketing, operational, or project/program management roles.
• Background working within fintech, technology, cryptocurrency, or other rapidly evolving industries is highly preferred.
• Strong team-oriented attitude emphasizing efficient collaboration and prioritizing collective success.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management, workflow coordination, or operational functions.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-focused approach to challenges.
• Comprehensive understanding of the creative process, including static and video content production.
• Experience solving complex problems and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Advanced skills in Asana or similar project management tools, including automation of workflows, dashboard reporting, and integrating across teams; experience scaling these systems enterprise-wide.
• Hands-on familiarity integrating AI technologies into creative production pipelines, including usage of large language model tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, SafuGPT), AI-driven image and video generation platforms, and creative automation tools like Figma plugins and Adobe AI features, including localization solutions.
• Track record in evaluating, sourcing, and implementing creative tools, comprising needs assessment, business case development for investments, and managing vendor partnerships.
