About the Role

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to own global training for Gallagher Security. You will lead a team of 12 and work closely with key stakeholders to create a unified global learning direction.

As Global Head of Training - Security, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for delivering scalable, high-quality learning across the business. The role is designed for someone who can turn training into a stronger customer, partner, and internal sales experience while influencing senior leaders and aligning teams around a shared approach.

Key Focus Areas

• Developing and promoting Gallagher Security’s worldwide training vision.
• Creating a practical roadmap that supports large-scale global delivery.
• Improving consistency, quality, and business impact across regional and head office teams.
• Using insights from customers, channel partners, and market trends to keep learning content relevant and useful.
• Tracking results and continuously refining training programs for better outcomes.

About You

You are a strategic learning and training leader who can set a clear direction, inspire others, and translate ambitious ideas into workable global programs. You should be comfortable guiding complex initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders, and designing learning experiences that create measurable value.

Although the role is primarily based in Hamilton, you must be able to work across international markets and travel overseas 3 to 4 times each year to support global offices and regional teams.

What You Should Bring

• Proven experience leading training, ideally within a B2B or technology-focused environment.
• Background working across multiple countries, regions, or distributed teams.
• Ability to develop strategy, build roadmaps, and deliver results through others.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capability.
• A commercial mindset, a commitment to continuous improvement, and enthusiasm for effective learning design.

Additional Information

This role is expected to remain based in Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand, with occasional international travel required. Applications may be reviewed as they come in, and the position could close earlier than expected.
