Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Functional Consultant to join our team in the UAE to manage the implementation, configuration, and deployment of HROptima HR & Payroll Software for clients throughout the GCC region.
Key Duties
- Analyze and comprehend client HR, payroll, and operational workflows and translate these into precise system configurations.
- Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design customized solutions to meet client needs.
- Configure various HROptima modules including HR, Payroll, Leave, Attendance, Employee Self Service (ESS), and Performance Management systems.
- Create functional documentation such as user manuals and process flow charts.
- Lead client training sessions, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and support system go-live events.
- Offer ongoing post-implementation assistance and address functional inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to support software enhancements and integrations.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Functional Consultant specializing in HRMS or Payroll systems.
- In-depth knowledge of HR and payroll processes, preferably with exposure to UAE/GCC regional standards.
- Proven background in HRMS implementations along with client engagement skills.
- Familiarity with UAE payroll regulations and the Wage Protection System (WPS) is an asset.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-resolution skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within GCC countries.
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license is favorable.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with HROptima HRMS, ERP, or SaaS solution deployments.
- Knowledge in HR analytics, performance evaluation, and employee self-service platforms.
