Role Overview
This full-time store leadership role calls for someone who can help deliver an excellent customer experience, keep the shop floor and stockroom running smoothly, and support the team in meeting commercial and operational targets.
Key Duties
- Consistently deliver a customer service experience that meets the highest standards.
- Manage stock efficiently and maintain strong standards in the back-of-house area.
- Assist the management team in reaching sales goals and day-to-day operational objectives.
- Act as a strong brand ambassador through professional personal presentation.
- Help uphold the store’s visual presentation and merchandising standards.
