About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Order Picker associates who take pride in supporting others, enjoy impacting customer satisfaction, and are motivated to continually learn and develop. Join our team to help guide customers to the best solutions for their projects while playing a key role in order fulfillment at our Fort Saskatchewan location.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize pick lists to prioritize and collect products efficiently to complete orders on time using the Order Fulfillment Application.
- Carefully pack and label merchandise to prevent damage during transit and ensure orders meet quality standards.
- Place completed orders in designated staging areas awaiting transfer to delivery trucks and assist with loading delivery vehicles and curbside order fulfillment following safety protocols.
- Provide customer service at the Service Desk, including processing sales, returns, and handling customer inquiries both in-person and by phone.
- Uphold safety standards and loss prevention policies during all activities, including safe handling and moving of freight and use of equipment for stocking and retrieval.

Physical and Working Conditions
- Regular activities include walking, standing, bending, stretching, lifting, and moving goods; occasional handling of heavy or bulky items may be required.
- Ability to climb ladders up to 12-16 feet safely for stocking or retrieval tasks.
- Work schedule is flexible and may involve overnight shifts, evenings, and weekends.
- Work environment includes a warehouse setting that may be noisy, dusty, and subject to temperature fluctuations. Exposure to forklifts emitting gas fumes and open doors leading to drafts is typical.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or an equivalent credential is required.
- One to two years of experience in retail or distribution is preferred.
- Experience with operating reach trucks and order picker machines is considered an asset.
