Role Summary

The Educator is a key retail role responsible for delivering excellent in-store guest service. This position focuses on connecting with guests, explaining products clearly, and representing the brand’s community and culture in an authentic way.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive guest experience by serving customers efficiently and respectfully.
• Understand guest needs and offer tailored support with purchases, returns, and related solutions.
• Explain product features and benefits in a clear, technically informed way.
• Handle transactions accurately and on time while supporting omnichannel services such as buy online/pick up in store, phone sales, and ship-from-store, following company standards.
• Stay active on the sales floor to engage guests and respond to store needs.
• Listen to guest feedback and work with store leadership to resolve issues appropriately.
• Help build a respectful and inclusive team culture.
• Develop positive working relationships with teammates and support store operations collaboratively.
• Carry out product placement, restocking, destocking, and item relocation as needed to maintain presentation standards.
• Use store technology to support operations and improve guest service.
• Complete cleaning tasks throughout the shift to keep the store environment premium and well maintained.
• Follow safety policies, operational procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• You must be legally permitted to work in the country where the store is located.
• You need reliable transportation to reach the assigned store.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• The schedule will depend on store requirements and may change.
• Availability must cover early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• There may also be shifts when the store is closed to guests.
• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred, though it is not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness are important.
• You should be organized and able to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Self-motivation and a strong drive to meet goals are expected.
• You must follow safety rules and guidelines consistently.
• Accountability and personal responsibility are valued.

Work Environment

The role involves working across the store, including bright sales areas with music as well as spaces without windows or natural light. Work may be done as part of a team, independently, and with the help of computers or other technology. The job can also involve lifting boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and using ladders to access items.
