Overview
Join a community-focused, locally owned store dedicated to providing health, beauty, and convenience services while putting customers first.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee customer service operations, including cashier activities, cash management, and merchandising.
- Ensure staff compliance with store policies, conduct training of cashiers and merchandisers, and provide ongoing guidance.
- Implement loss prevention measures, manage daily cash inventories and cashier tracking systems, and handle PC Optimum procedures.
- Maintain a professional store image in line with the Uniform Policy, address customer inquiries and resolve issues such as refunds and exchanges per guidelines, and promote the Customer Satisfaction Index survey.
- Ensure shelves are maintained with proper organization, cleanliness, and product rotation; set up and dismantle product displays as directed by supervisory personnel.
- Uphold store housekeeping and image standards, comply with health and safety requirements, perform clerical and banking duties as assigned, and execute cash handling duties when necessary.

- Strong planning, judgment, and independent organizational skills.
- Adept at problem-solving to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Computer proficiency, organized approach, and effective time management.
- Knowledge of products and supplies relevant to the store's operations.

Compensation
