Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Front Office Associate who will act as the primary point of contact for guests, managing all facets of their stay. As a representative of KINN, you will play a key role in ensuring guests have a delightful and unforgettable experience throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct guest check-in and check-out procedures in line with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Input and update guest information in the Hotel Property Management System (PMS).
  • Organize and file guest registration cards into in-house folders for checked-in guests.
  • Manage the filing and storage of guest registration cards for guests who have checked out.
  • Verify and charge daily arrivals, current guests, and upcoming bookings through the Hotel PMS and various Online Travel Agent (OTA) platforms according to the established standards.
  • Monitor daily arrivals and departures to ensure rooms or capsules are properly reserved and prepared for incoming guests.
  • Inspect and maintain cleanliness in public spaces and guest areas including dormitories, guest restrooms, and other shared facilities.
  • Replenish pantry amenities by checking and topping up supplies regularly.
  • Compile and distribute daily hotel reports to appropriate departments every night.

Candidate Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Self-assured with a well-groomed and tidy appearance.
  • Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Prior experience as a hotel front desk agent, receptionist, or a similar position is desirable; however, training will be provided for suitable candidates.
  • Willingness to commit to a 5-day workweek, including shift work and weekends.
  • Familiarity with property management and digital systems such as CloudBeds or Opera is highly advantageous.
