Overview
Located in Langeoog, Lower Saxony, Germany, this full-time position is available immediately. Preferably candidates should have two years of professional experience and completed vocational training in hotel management. Fluency in both German and English is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly, serving as the first point of contact with a friendly demeanor.
- Handle incoming booking inquiries in the absence of the reservations department.
- Communicate guest feedback promptly to relevant departments to enhance their experience.
- Manage cash handling and record guest accounts during your shift.
- Demonstrate teamwork and strong organizational skills during the check-in and check-out processes.
