Role Overview
The Front of House Receptionist acts as the initial point of contact for patients, visitors, consultants, and colleagues, significantly influencing the overall experience at Welbeck. This prominent role requires professionalism, warmth, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities include managing the reception area, coordinating appointments and enquiries, and collaborating with clinical and operational teams to facilitate a smooth patient journey from arrival to departure.
Key Duties
- Coordinate patient arrivals, appointments, and daily schedules to guarantee a smooth experience.
- Provide a friendly, professional, and welcoming environment for all visitors and patients.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them efficiently and courteously.
- Manage shared email inboxes, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Work closely with clinical and operational departments to support patient care delivery.
- Maintain precise records while adhering strictly to confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
- Support front desk activities, including distribution of post and administrative support.
- Participate in site health and safety duties, including serving as a Fire Marshal as needed.
