Role Overview
We are seeking a Front of House Assistant dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality and memorable customer service experiences. You will represent our passion for excellent service, ensuring every guest encounter leaves a positive and lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve food and drinks courteously and professionally, responding promptly to guest needs and requests.
- Provide attentive and proactive customer care throughout the guest's visit, addressing inquiries and concerns with a friendly demeanor.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and foster an inclusive, safe workplace culture.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards relevant to food service and catering at the venue.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in both kitchen and dining areas.
Qualifications and Skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for food and customer service sectors.
- Enjoy working within a cooperative, diverse team environment.
- Demonstrate a positive, solution-focused approach to challenges and opportunities.
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality or food service role is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols.
