Role overview

This opportunity is for a fresh mechanical engineering graduate who is a UAE national and will contribute to subsea pipeline and related offshore infrastructure projects. The role involves supporting design activities, installation planning, technical documentation, procurement coordination, safety compliance, and cross-functional project work.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and analysis of subsea pipelines, risers, and associated infrastructure.
• Help perform stress calculations, hydrodynamic assessments, and route planning improvements.
• Check that engineering outputs follow relevant international codes and standards such as DNV, API, and ASME.
• Assist in drafting installation methods for sealines and subsea structures.
• Contribute to offshore installation operations, including pipe-laying and trenching activities.
• Support the selection of suitable materials and protective coatings to maintain pipeline integrity.
• Review technical specifications and supplier documentation for pipeline-related equipment and components.
• Take part in procurement-related work to confirm materials align with project needs.
• Carry out technical assessments and help ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Support risk reviews and integrity management tasks for subsea pipeline systems.
• Collaborate with structural, process, and geotechnical teams on project execution.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other technical documents for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
• UAE national.
• Ability to work on subsea and offshore engineering assignments.
• Understanding of engineering design, analysis, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with international engineering standards and HSE practices.
• Strong coordination and communication skills for multidisciplinary teamwork.
