About the Role

Innovation Comes Jointly (ICJ) is seeking dedicated and experienced Freelance Soft Skills Trainers to collaborate on various training and development initiatives across Odisha, India. This opportunity is open to trainers based in Odisha covering all regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging sessions focused on soft skills, communication, teamwork, leadership, and interview skills.
• Adapt and customize training content to meet varied audience needs.
• Ensure high levels of participant engagement, satisfaction, and effective learning outcomes.

Required Expertise

• Strong knowledge and experience in soft skills and communication training.
• Leadership and team-building facilitation capabilities.
• Experience in technical or domain-specific training is a plus.
• Previous teaching or academic training experience is desirable.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduation degree or demonstrable knowledge of soft skills.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant training experience.

Compensation
