Mindrift invites experienced Presentation Designers to join the Tendem project, a hybrid AI and human collaboration platform that specializes in creating compelling storytelling workflows. This freelance, part-time, remote role is tailored for creative professionals who excel in visual communications, information design, and crafting persuasive narratives through presentation formats.

Role Responsibilities

• Craft high-impact pitch decks and polished one-pager documents customized for targeted audiences.
• Convert complex data sets into concise, minimalist visual stories emphasizing clear information hierarchy.
• Enhance presentations with bespoke typography, elegant animations, and consistent visual branding.
• Maintain a seamless blend of professional corporate rigor and creative flair throughout all design outputs.
• Ensure quality by rigorously checking alignment, pacing, and adherence to brand standards before submission.

Requirements and Skills

• A minimum of two years' experience in graphic design, presentation design, or data visualization is preferred.
• Having a Bachelor's or Master's in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related fields is advantageous.
• Proficiency in presentation platforms such as PowerPoint and Keynote to produce complex and animated presentations.
• Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma for custom graphics and layouts.
• Strong ability to translate layered data into straightforward, minimalist visual storytelling formats.
• Expertise in typography and animation, including working with custom fonts and smooth, refined animations.
• English language proficiency at the upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher is mandatory.
• Experience designing premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, managing and troubleshooting design challenges autonomously.
• Applicants must provide a portfolio URL showcasing top-tier presentations, pitch decks, and data visualizations; submission without portfolio or relevant examples will not be considered.

Working Hours and Compensation

Expected commitment ranges from approximately 10 to 20 hours weekly during active project phases, though workload may vary and is not guaranteed. Compensation can reach up to $50 per hour or equivalent, reflecting experience and contribution speed. Rates may differ depending on project complexity and requirements across various platform projects.
