The project includes reviewing 268 images, choosing the strongest shots, and preparing a consistent final set that will be used across websites, property listings, and business cards.

A strong portfolio of comparable work is important, especially retouching that looks clean and believable on darker skin tones. The client places a high value on subtle editing and realistic results.

Project Scope

• Review 268 headshot images and narrow them down to the best options for final use
• Retouch skin gently by reducing acne, blemishes, and scars while preserving natural texture
• Replace backgrounds with a clean white backdrop to create a uniform professional look
• Apply warm color grading to improve the overall visual tone
• Remove stray hairs and small distractions without changing facial or body structure
• Keep the subject looking natural, avoiding excessive smoothing, color changes, or reshaping
• Provide high-resolution, print-ready files suitable for digital and print branding materials

Skills and Requirements

• Demonstrated background in editorial or corporate headshot retouching, with examples showing natural edits on dark-skinned subjects
• Advanced command of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, or similar retouching tools
• Solid grasp of color correction, skin-tone balancing, and non-destructive workflow techniques
• Ability to produce consistent quality across a large image set
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to keeping edits authentic
• Experience with real estate photography or professional branding work is an advantage
• Dependable, deadline-conscious, and open to feedback
