Freelance Graphic Designer (Junior role)

Role overview

We are looking for a freelance graphic designer to support a luxury fragrance and lifestyle brand in building a refined visual presence across every customer touchpoint. This fully remote contract opportunity involves creating polished design work for launches, campaigns, packaging, retail environments, and digital channels.

What you will do

• Shape and develop creative ideas for product launches, packaging, and campaign materials.
• Design premium packaging, labels, and point-of-sale or in-store marketing assets that match luxury-brand expectations.
• Produce content for social media, email marketing, and web use.
• Prepare artwork that is ready for print production and retail distribution.
• Work with creative, marketing, and sales stakeholders to keep brand messaging consistent.
• Support launch concept development and wider multi-channel campaign execution.
• As needed, create motion graphics or video-based content.

What we are looking for

• Background in luxury, beauty, fragrance, fashion, or consumer product branding.
• A portfolio that demonstrates identity systems, packaging work, and campaign creative.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Exposure to motion graphics, video editing, or digital creative tools will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of visual branding, typography, and cross-channel campaign design.
• Comfort working independently while managing several projects and deadlines at once.
• Clear communication and solid organizational habits.
• Must be able to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
