Role overview
Mindrift is seeking a highly capable Graphic Designer to support the Tendem project in a remote, part-time freelance capacity. The work sits within a hybrid AI plus human workflow, where AI agents handle repetitive operations and you contribute the design judgment, subject knowledge, and formatting expertise needed to turn rough ideas into refined visual deliverables.
This opportunity is suited to creative professionals who are confident working across visual communication, layout design, and marketing-oriented materials. The role centers on creating polished assets that are clear, consistent, and visually effective.

Responsibilities
- Create well-structured layouts, modern infographics, and visually clear compositions that improve readability and engagement.
- Develop reusable, high-impact templates for social media content, along with concise one-pagers.
- Strengthen everyday design outputs using strong typography, disciplined grid systems, and careful composition choices.
- Convert raw ideas and data into refined visual materials aligned with communication and marketing objectives.
- Check final assets for alignment, color accuracy, and consistency so the delivered work meets quality standards.

This is a project-based freelance engagement. Work becomes available only when active projects are running, and you may be invited to participate in one or more projects depending on your profile and current needs.
Applicants should submit a CV in English. The CV must include a portfolio link with examples of relevant design work; applications without a portfolio link will not be considered. Submissions also need to show relevant graphic design examples to be reviewed.
Estimated workload during active phases is about 10 to 20 hours per week. This is only an estimate and is not a guaranteed number of hours.
Compensation for this project can reach the equivalent of $50 per hour, depending on experience level and the pace of contribution. Pay may differ across other projects based on scope, complexity, and expertise required.
