Key Responsibilities

• Create clear, elegant layouts and modern infographics establishing a strong visual hierarchy for optimal readability and engagement.
• Design engaging, reusable templates optimized for various social media channels and produce impactful one-pager documents.
• Enhance everyday materials through expert use of typography, grid frameworks, and balanced composition techniques.
• Convert raw concepts and data into professional visual assets tailored to targeted marketing and communication objectives.
• Maintain design excellence by thoroughly checking alignment, color schemes, and layout consistency before final delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Desirable experience of 1 to 2 years in graphic design, digital design, or visual communication roles.
• Academic background such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related creative disciplines is advantageous.
• Exceptional command over typography, grid systems, and visual compositions to uplift standard materials.
• Proven success in creating visually structured infographics and compelling social media design templates.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma for diverse visual projects.
• Flexibility to switch between impactful one-page flyers and interactive digital templates efficiently.
• Strong upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English (B2 level minimum).
• A proactive, detail-focused approach with an ability to multitask and maintain quality in a fast-paced setting.
• A commitment to producing high-standard, polished visual content independently.
• Applicants must include an English CV featuring a portfolio link demonstrating relevant graphic design work; submissions lacking portfolio examples or relevant design experience will not be considered.

Project Details and Workload

Assignments generally amount to approximately 10 to 20 hours per week during active phases of the project. Work availability is contingent on project status and fluctuates accordingly. Participants may be invited to multiple projects based on individual profiles and current needs.

Compensation and Application
