- Review escalated fraud incidents and advise on the right response based on the level of risk.
- Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to enhance fraud detection and prevention controls.
- Build and update dashboards, alerts, and reports that support continuous fraud monitoring.
- Help shape fraud prevention rules, operating procedures, and internal guidelines.
- Spot weak points in the system and propose improvements that increase trust and platform security.
Requirements

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with the skill to interpret data and turn it into practical actions.
- Exposure to fraud monitoring platforms, anomaly detection techniques, or rule-based risk tools.
- A careful, detail-focused approach and the initiative to identify issues before they escalate.
- Ability to work smoothly with product, data, and engineering stakeholders.
- Solid communication skills and the independence to perform well in a fast-paced scaling environment.
- Good English is required; stronger proficiency is preferred because the working language is international.
Benefits
- Annual compensation range of €22,440 to €26,400, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Eligibility for an employee stock options program.
- Opportunity to contribute to the growth of a distinctive digital product.
- Additional reward options such as performance bonuses, referral bonuses, extra paid leave, and personal learning budgets.

- Flexible working arrangements, including office-based, remote, and work-from-anywhere options.
- Strong scope for personal and professional growth through structured feedback and career development support.
