Overview
This role requires proficiency in English and a minimum education level of secondary (high) school graduation. Candidates need between one and two years of relevant experience. The position demands attendance at a physical workplace with no option for remote work.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to meet work timelines.
- Oversee and coordinate the duties of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Calculate necessary quantities of ingredients and supplies for meal production.
- Maintain high standards for food quality and customer service.
- Respond promptly to any customer complaints or issues.
- Keep accurate records relating to inventory, equipment repairs, sales, and waste.
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports as required.
- Create and manage employee work schedules.
This supervisory role directs a team of approximately 3 to 4 staff members.
