Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize the breakfast area prior to service commencement.
• Take orders for food and beverages when necessary and deliver them promptly to guests.
• Maintain buffet stations by replenishing items while upholding quality and presentation standards.
• Efficiently clear and reset tables to maintain flow and comfort for guests.
• Ensure strict adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards aligned with food safety protocols.
• Support team members to facilitate smooth daily operations.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally and courteously.
• Comply with hotel safety, health, and service guidelines at all times.

Candidate Profile
