Food & Beverage Assistant

About the Role

As a Food and Beverage Assistant at Dalata Hotel Group, you will deliver efficient and welcoming service to our hotel guests. You'll work closely with the Food & Beverage and Operations Managers while gaining skills through Dalata Academy training and support from experienced colleagues. Key Responsibilities

• Greet regular guests personally by name, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Maintain solid knowledge of food and wine to provide informed recommendations.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism, friendliness, and courtesy at all times.
• Promote upselling to increase sales wherever possible.
• Carry out cleaning duties in the bar and restaurant areas.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently to guests.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
• Adaptable to varied working hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience working in busy, fast-service environments.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with Micros point-of-sale system is preferred.
• Previous experience in hotel hospitality is advantageous.
