Role Overview and Responsibilities
As a Food and Beverage Hostess, you will play a key role in supporting the hotel's Food & Beverage operations to enhance guest satisfaction, boost team performance, and promote business success. Responsibilities include fostering guest satisfaction, ensuring a safe and clean work environment, maintaining the highest standards of product quality, and cultivating a positive team atmosphere. You will provide timely, courteous service aligned with brand and Food & Beverage standards. Additionally, you will oversee daily team relations and empower team members through appropriate training and problem-solving initiatives.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Hotel Management or a related discipline
- Prior experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations
