Key Responsibilities

• Creating customized bouquets for customers
• Providing professional advice and selling favorite products to clients
• Maintaining and attractively displaying product assortment and restocking items
• Managing and performing cashier duties

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training as a florist or gardener
• Strong German language skills (at least B2 level), both spoken and written
• Willingness to work flexibly including weekends, holidays, early shifts starting from 6 AM, and late shifts up to 8 PM
• Enjoyment in creative handling of flowers and plants
• Enthusiasm for physically active and manual tasks
• Passion for sales and delight in interacting with flowers and plants
