Role Overview
This position as a Financial Protection Consultant involves engaging with customers via personal and professional networks to offer tailored financial protection and long-term planning solutions. The role emphasizes building enduring customer relationships, guiding clients through documentation and onboarding, and fostering repeat business and referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish connections with customers using personal and professional contacts.
- Advise clients on appropriate financial protection and long-term planning products.
- Maintain and nurture ongoing customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Generate business through referrals and consistent client engagement.
- Assist clients during the documentation and onboarding processes.
- Identify and hire potential advisors via networking channels.
- Mentor and provide ongoing support for new advisors.
- Promote business expansion by activating and managing advisor teams.
- Organize recruitment and networking events locally.
- Develop a sustainable and long-lasting advisor team.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in insurance, banking, non-banking financial companies, sales, or financial services sectors.
- Strong verbal communication and networking capabilities.
- Highly self-driven with a focus on relationship development.
- Retired professionals or those under voluntary retirement schemes are welcome to apply.
- Preference for candidates who possess established contacts within Bangalore.
