Role overview
A growing property and real estate business is looking for a Financial Accountant to join its team in Dublin. The role sits within a busy, multi-entity setting and will give broad exposure to reporting, project-related activity, and interaction with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
What you will do
- Manage month-end closing tasks and prepare management accounts.
- Produce financial reports for several special purpose vehicles (SPVs).
- Handle loan-related reporting and ensure covenant requirements are met.
- Complete VAT submissions and other regulatory filings.
- Assist with audits, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Develop effective working relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
- You should be a fully qualified ACA or ACCA professional with 1 year of post-qualification experience, or part-qualified with 3 to 4 years of relevant industry experience.
- Background in property development, construction, or funds would be an advantage.
- You need strong technical accounting capability.
- You must be well organised and able to juggle several priorities at once.
