Finacle L2 Support Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a Finacle L2 Support Specialist with over four years of expertise in handling Finacle production operations. The role focuses on managing critical banking processes such as End of Day (EOD) and Beginning of Day (BOD), troubleshooting application issues, and maintaining seamless operation of the Finacle Core Banking system at our Mumbai location.

Key Duties

• Monitor and execute EOD and BOD routines within the Finacle environment.
• Deliver L1 and L2 support for Finacle Core Banking software.
• Diagnose and resolve application incidents and batch processing errors.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for incident resolution.
• Oversee system performance metrics to guarantee service uptime.
• Address user inquiries, validate data, and support daily operational tasks.
• Document operational procedures and prepare process reports meticulously.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrable experience working with Finacle Core Banking platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of banking batch processes including EOD and BOD.
• Proven track record in production support and incident management.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL and database operations.
• Familiarity with banking operations and transaction processing workflows.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

• Background in banking or financial services sectors.
• Experience with Unix or Linux operating systems.

Additional Information

The position is located in Mumbai, India, offering a salary range of INR 400000 to 900000 annually. Candidates should hold any graduate degree to be eligible.
