Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your store team with the support of the assistant store manager
• Oversee store appearance including ordering processes, implementation of presentation guidelines, and daily operational tasks
• Handle personnel management including scheduling and promoting employee growth
• Recruit and build your store team
• Communicate with regional management to discuss performance and store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training; ideally with experience in a comparable retail management role
• Entrepreneurial mindset along with a high level of responsibility
• Strong communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback
• Available to work 40 hours per week over five days, including regular weekend and evening shifts
• Commitment to an eight-week training period at one of our trainer stores in Germany
