Role Overview

This position involves hands-on service support for coffee vending machines at customer sites across Mumbai. The role focuses on installing equipment, carrying out routine upkeep, resolving faults, and keeping machines operating reliably.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and service coffee vending machines as required.
Diagnose technical issues and complete repairs on equipment.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance at customer premises.
Travel to assigned client locations throughout Mumbai.
Prepare service records and maintain accurate maintenance documentation.
Work to deliver a positive customer experience and keep service quality high.

Compensation

The role offers a stipend/salary of INR 15,000 to INR 18,000 per month.
