About The Company
The Human Loops (Pacheriwala Infotech Pvt. Ltd.) is a Physical AI operations firm that supports leading AI and robotics companies worldwide. They specialize in data collection, annotation, teleoperation, validation, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) processes, managing all projects internally to ensure superior quality and operational excellence.
Role Summary
The Field Supervisor for Data Collection will oversee and manage daily field operations at designated collection locations. This involves leading data collection personnel, meeting daily targets, maintaining quality and compliance, liaising with site representatives, and handling the maintenance of field equipment. The position requires regular travel within Nagpur and surrounding areas and is full-time, field-based.
Work Schedule and Compensation
The role operates 6 days a week, comprising 9 hours per day which includes 8.5 hours of active work plus a 30-minute break. Salary is competitive and commensurate with the candidate's experience.
Primary Duties
- Manage and support data collection staff across assigned sites.
- Organize daily deployments to meet collection goals punctually.
- Oversee attendance, timeliness, and staff productivity.
- Address operational challenges and escalate major issues when necessary.
- Ensure data collection aligns with company guidelines and project specifications.
- Perform site inspections and quality assurance checks regularly.
- Validate equipment setup such as camera placement and recording standards.
- Verify that documentation and consent protocols are adhered to.
- Monitor and manage equipment including cameras, memory cards, batteries, and mobile devices.
- Handle distribution and collection of equipment and maintain inventory records.
- Immediately report any damaged or lost equipment.
- Provide daily updates on progress, attendance, and site activities.
- Coordinate across teams including Team Leads, Operations, and Backend to ensure seamless execution.
- Keep precise and updated field documentation and tracking sheets.
Candidate Requirements
- Completed 12th grade or holds a graduation degree in any discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in field management, logistics, supervision, surveys, or workforce coordination.
- Familiarity with smartphones, Google Maps, WhatsApp, and spreadsheet tools like Google Sheets or Excel.
- Strong communication skills combined with effective problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Must possess a valid driving license for a two-wheeler and be ready for extensive travel within Nagpur.
