Description de l'emploi
About the Company
Tunstall is a leading provider of technology for health and social care. The organisation supports millions of people across 18 countries with life-saving and life-changing services, backed by a team of around 3,000 colleagues. The company places strong emphasis on inclusion, personal value, open recruitment, and career development.
Role Overview
Tunstall is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver high-quality repair and maintenance work across a selected range of company and third-party products. This is a remote position covering West Lancashire, Greater Manchester, and Merseyside.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will work directly with customers in their homes, including vulnerable and elderly people, so strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills are essential. You will use your electrical and electronic knowledge to service, test, and maintain products such as emergency lighting, fire systems, and other electrical/electronic equipment.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will have prior experience as a field engineer. Experience gained in a field-based position is helpful but not mandatory. You should be comfortable working at height and in confined, dusty environments, and you will need to manage your time, plan your work effectively, and solve problems with confidence.
Benefits and Offerings
The role comes with a company vehicle, fuel card, company phone, uniform, tools, and overtime opportunities. Additional benefits include enhanced maternity and paternity support, up to 9% combined pension contribution, free eye tests, retail discounts, and access to a supportive team environment with opportunities to grow a long-term career.
Equal Opportunities
Tunstall is committed to creating an inclusive workplace that reflects the communities it serves. Applications are welcomed from people of all backgrounds and abilities, and reasonable adjustments can be provided to support candidates through the recruitment process.
