Field Sales Officer

Role Overview

This position requires an individual with a strong background in field sales to identify and onboard new gold loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) customers for an international banking organization. The candidate will actively work in the field, engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions related to the bank’s gold loan and LAP offerings.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective clients in assigned territories to promote and sell gold loan and LAP products.
• Identify potential customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable banking solutions.
• Achieve monthly targets for customer acquisition and loan processing set by the bank.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of bank products, payment terms, and lending procedures.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with branch and operations teams to facilitate customer onboarding and loan disbursements.

Requirements

• Proven track record in field sales, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision in outdoor environments.
• Comfortable traveling within assigned locations to meet sales goals.
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this role ranges from 20,000 INR to 24,000 INR, depending on qualifications and experience.
