Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive for Big Tree Resource Management based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The primary role involves recruiting bike riders for delivery operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, and meeting assigned recruitment goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard bike riders for Delhivery's delivery team.
- Carry out field visits and promotional campaigns to identify potential candidates.
- Communicate job details including payment structure and incentive plans to prospective riders.
- Check and validate rider documentation to complete the onboarding procedure accurately.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets as assigned.
Additional Information
This is a field position requiring regular on-ground interaction with candidates and successful onboarding management.

Compensation
