Field Sales Executive

About the Position

A respected beverage company is urgently hiring for the role of Market Growth Representative located in South Kolkata and S.24 PGS. This position is urgent and immediate joining is preferred. Candidates must be male, physically fit to withstand extensive market exposure of over 10 hours daily in various weather conditions, and capable of using smartphones and apps efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct merchandising tasks to maintain product visibility.
• Visit approximately 30 stores daily and map new store locations.
• Take new orders and verify availability of various brands and packaging.
• Maintain visicoolers according to company standards ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.
• Introduce and promote new brands and packaging as directed by the company.
• Manage activation elements both inside and outside shop premises.
• Assist with opening new outlets and properly fill out reporting forms to be submitted to superiors.
• Use numerical and analytical skills to support sales operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification of high school pass.
• Age between 20 and 35 years.
• Previous experience in field sales is preferred but open to all candidates with relevant sales experience.
• Physically capable to work outdoors for long hours in all weather conditions.
• Smart appearance and presentable demeanor.
• Proficiency with smartphone usage and various applications.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary ranges from 12,000 to 19,000 INR monthly depending on experience, plus benefits including ESIC, PF, incentives, and retention bonus. The exact salary for candidates with experience is approximately 14,000 INR per month and can reach up to 18,000 INR with bonuses.
