Job Summary
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for enlisting shops and merchants as partners of PhonePe. Your goal will be to boost business growth by promoting PhonePe’s QR Code, Soundbox, and various merchant services.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit local shops and merchants to add new customers and expand the business.
- Present and explain product features and advantages clearly, demonstrating value to the customer's business.
- Promote devices such as smart speakers and scanners to merchants within the designated area.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Foster strong relationships with merchants to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to merchants, ensuring good rapport.
- Consistently meet daily field visit and sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with merchants.
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to persuade and onboard new customers.
- Capability to manage multiple merchant accounts and maintain relationships.
- Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
Additional Information
Location: Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India
Compensation ranges from ₹17,000 to ₹29,000 per month.
