Job Overview
This position involves onboarding shops and merchants to PhonePe, promoting merchant services such as PhonePe QR Code and Soundbox, and expanding the merchant base to drive business growth. The role requires daily field visits to meet sales targets while establishing and maintaining strong relationships with merchants to offer ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with local shops and merchants to onboard them onto the PhonePe platform.
- Promote and sell PhonePe products including QR Code, Soundbox, and other merchant services.
- Expand business by acquiring new merchants consistently.
- Conduct daily visits to various locations to achieve set sales objectives.
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with merchants, providing necessary support and assistance.
- Present and clarify product features, benefits, and the value addition they bring to merchants’ businesses.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Build customer retention through strong relationship management encouraging repeat business and referrals.
